The International Association of Public Transport (UITP) seeks an

Administrative Assistant
(EuroTeam department)

To provide organisational and administrative support to the EuroTeam Department (during a maternity leave)

Primary responsibilities will include:

  - Planning and organisation of meetings, conferences and other events
  - Producing of meeting minutes
  - Coordinating all EuroTeam Publications (brochures, focus papers,…)
  - Producing of the department newsletter (coordination, writing, dissemination)
  - Administrative tasks to support a team of 8 experts in Public Transport
  - Travel arrangements
  - Written correspondence

Ideal candidate will have the following profile:

  - Excellent knowledge of French and English. Spanish an asset.
  - Good computer skills (MS office/ Internet)
  - Good communication skills
  - Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  - Problem-solving attitude and sense of initiative
  - Ability to work autonomously and to manage priorities
