Administrative Assistant
(EuroTeam department) |
To provide organisational and administrative support to the EuroTeam Department (during a maternity leave)
Primary responsibilities will include:

Planning and organisation of meetings, conferences and other events |
| |
- |
Producing of meeting minutes |
| |
- |
Coordinating all EuroTeam Publications (brochures, focus papers,…) |
| |
- |
Producing of the department newsletter (coordination, writing, dissemination) |
| |
- |
Administrative tasks to support a team of 8 experts in Public Transport |
| |
- |
Travel arrangements |
| |
- |
Written correspondence |
Ideal candidate will have the following profile:

- |
Excellent knowledge of French and English. Spanish an asset. |
| |
- |
Good computer skills (MS office/ Internet) |
| |
- |
Good communication skills |
| |
- |
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills |
| |
- |
Problem-solving attitude and sense of initiative |
| |
- |
Ability to work autonomously and to manage priorities |
