How do I search the website?
There are two different ways to find your publications
1. Through the keyword search field: Insert the full title or partial title here.
2. Click on an icon: Click on one of the icons to list all the publications in that category.
To return to the main menu, click on the Publications button.
ORDERING PROCESS
How do I select and add a publication to my shopping basket?
It is quite simple. You just have to click on more or on the picture cover which will take you to more details on that publication. Add the title to your basket by clicking on the 'buy' button directly on the UITP catalogue page.
How can I remove items in my shopping basket?
To remove a title from your shopping basket, click on the 'remove' button facing the item you would like to remove.
How can I select more than one publication in the same order?
Simply click on 'continue shopping' to add more publications to your order.
Once you have all publications selected, click on 'proceed to payment'
How do I complete my order?
Once you have clicked on 'proceed to payment', complete your shipping and billing address and finally click on 'proceed'.
Can I order a publication other than via internet?
Yes by e-mail
Send an e-mail to publications@uitp.org with your full name and address and VAT number (for EU countries only).
UITP members will receive their order together with the invoice.
Non-members will be sent a proforma invoice for the prepayment of the order. Delivery on receipt of payment.
by fax
Send your order your full name and address as well as VAT number (for EU countries only) by fax to +32 2 660 10 72 to the attention of Doriano Angotzi.

How will I know if you have received my order?
All online orders are automatically acknowledged on receipt by e-mail.
You receive a second e-mail confirmation once your order has been processed. If you do not have received a confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please contact us at publications@uitp.org
Do you have a distributor from whom I could order localy ?
No. Not yet. But we are working on providing this option in the medium term.
Who do I contact if I have an order inquiry ?

PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order ?
We accept the following international credit cards only: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can print out the mail order indicated your credit card number and expiry date and fax it back to the Publications Department to +32 2 660 10 72
Is it safe to use my credit card ?
The Site has chosen credit card via a secure payment system as sole payment method. Transmission of your personal data (such as your name, your address and your credit card number) between your computer and the SSL server is encrypted. In order to guarantee enhanced security for your credit card details, these are not stored on the UITP server. The Site has received GlobalSign certification . Please note that sending an e-mail with your credit card number is not advised. Our secure payment system must be used at all times for your security.
Are your price subject to change ?
Yes. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice.
DELIVERY
Shipping charges are not included in the prices. They will be added automatically to your order according to the order depending on the shipping method (standard airmail / express mail) and the country you are ordering from.
What are your shipping/postal options and charges ?
Belgium : For deliveries within Belgium we offer normal surface postal delivery via the Belgian postal authorities.
International: served by standard airmail or by express mail (DHL)
How long will my delivery take ?
• Standard shipping: Within Western Europe, the maximum delivery time is 3 weeks. For other international destinations, consider a maximum of 6 weeks.
• Express shipping (DHL):
maximum 3-5 days for Europe
maximum 4-7 days for the Rest of the World
