HOTEL

The participants will stay in the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi, the brand-new hotel of JR East hotel group.

The fee includes 4 nights in a single room (only in the Official Hotel of the Study Tour) and UITP is responsible for the booking of the rooms (see registration form).

UITP will not pay for a room booked in another Hotel than the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi.
If a participant books a double room, he/she will pay the difference.
The extra nights will be charged to the participant.
