Carried out jointly by
UITP and the European Commission, this survey shows that public
opinion is aware of importance of the problems created by the private
car in city centres and the increasing role that public transport
needs to play at city level.
The survey consists of an exhaustive report presenting the methodology
and the results of the survey (only available in English); a brief
report presenting the attitudes of the general public and, finally,
a report presenting the attitudes of the public. |
